As part of the creation of the light master plan for Bayreuth city centre, and following the redevelopment of Maximilianstraße, the town church has also been provided with appropriate lighting. Ground recessed spotlights with varying distances from the façade and accordingly calculated light distributions have been integrated into the adjacent pathway and street paving. The illumination from neighbouring rooftops has also been renewed and optimised to reduce light scatter.
