The former parcel delivery office in Arnulfstraße, designed by Robert Vorhölzer, Franz Holzhammer and Walther Schmidt, dating from 1930, will largely retain its historical structure and be transformed into a modern and sustainable office and innovation centre. The campus is intended to offer vibrant meeting zones for the public and is already engaging neighbours and interested parties through communication about the first Public property website outside of California into the development process.
